Hey, we're Riff - four students who turned a community-fridge banana problem into a snack bar. Every bar we make is built around whatever surplus the season actually hands us, which is why we're doing something a little different this time round: an July Preorder.

Why preorder, not just "buy now"?

Because rescuing surplus doesn't run on a schedule. We only make what the food-waste chain genuinely gives us - no quietly filling gaps with less sustainable ingredients just to hit a shipping date. Preordering means we can keep production strictly within what's actually been rescued, and it means you get the very first taste of what Riff's about.

Our debut range - the Power Collection. Four flavours, sustainability built in from ingredients to packaging, every one designed to be something you'll actually want to eat again.
